Merck Animal Health partnered with The A Team to boost awareness, education, and engagement for HomeAgain®, a trusted pet recovery and microchip identification brand. Our challenge: to increase renewals and participation among both veterinary professionals and pet parents - while celebrating the real heroes who make pet reunions possible.
The result was the HomeAgain HEROES campaign, a cause-driven initiative that honored the individuals and shelters dedicated to reuniting lost pets with their families.
The A Team developed a fully integrated multichannel marketing strategy, featuring:
In-clinic materials (posters, counter cards, and brochures) to educate pet owners at point of care.
Email, digital, and social media campaigns to drive awareness and participation.
A consumer sweepstakes and voting component where pet owners selected their favorite animal shelters.
The winning shelters received cash donations from the HomeAgain brand, while participating consumers had a chance to win exclusive pet prizes.
By connecting compassion with community, The A Team helped HomeAgain strengthen brand loyalty, celebrate real-life heroes, and highlight its role as a leader in pet recovery solutions.
